Give Me Total Guidance Prayer

Father, it is no longer I that lives, but Christ Lives in me. I rely on Your ability, and choose to specialize in the impossible. You are guiding me and filling me with courage. I let go of yesterday, I let go of regret, I relinquish all resentments and I give you my pain. I relish in this present quiet moment -- I wait upon You acknowledging that You are God. Praise the Lord, O my soul. Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty. You wrap Yourself in light as with a garment; You stretch out the heavens like a tent and lay the beams of Your upper chambers on their waters. You make the clouds Your chariot. In the name of Jesus I resist fear of flying because You ride on the wings of the wind. Praise the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, you are very great! You are an awesome God!
